During the months of July and August the Luis Irizar Cooking School offers a variety of cooking courses for professionals and amateurs.
The summer courses last few days, from Mondays to Thursdays. Classes are held in the afternoons, from 16.30 to 20.00 pm. TUITION IS IN SPANISH!
We do courses in english for groups on demand. The School can also prepare courses for exclusive groups with programmes ‘à la carte’.
The programmes vary every week, with monographics dedicated to pintxos, traditional or modern Basque cuisine, starters, fish, etc. A course for beginners is also included. The students are provided with a recipe folder and at the end of each class there is a tasting of the dished cooked during the day.
In any case, each course requires a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 participants. Every year the summer programme is available as from the month of May.
