Duration od the course:
1st YEAR: 11 months, from October to August (both included)
2nd YEAR: 11 months, from October to August (July and August are free of charge and dedicated to full-time external practises).
Job offers: Once the Diploma is obtained, the School offers a wide range of work opportunities. At present, our former students are working in prestigious restaurants worldwide.
The selection of new students is made every year during the month of May by means of a personal interview and a written questionnaire.
Once the application is made (by means of the registration form), an appointment for the interview is made by telephone.
The maximum number of students per course is 28. The minimum admission age is 18 and maximum 30.
Admission: There is no admission charge. Once the selection is made, the first monthly fee, corresponding to October, is paid in advance to guarantee the post.
